A butterfly flaps its wings and six months later a hurricane forms over the Atlantic...

Small change can have a huge impact. Refocus yourself on making one small change a week. If it is as simple as "just for this week, I will drink more water". 

Those small changes can add up to big benefits. Do this every week and keep creating new challenges for yourself.
