Happy Sunny Monday!
It seems that Spring has finally arrived. As much as I hate
exercise, the beautiful weather outside makes me want to get outside and do
something! Use your Spring fever to spring you into action! No matter how lousy
you feel or how much you don’t want to do it, consider doing some form of
outdoor activity for just a few minutes. I find that just getting outside often
increases the desire to be more active.
I know that it often takes me a minute to pull myself up out
of the comfy sofa, but once I get outside, I feel SO good and proud of my “accomplishment”
no matter how big or small that “accomplishment” is…

couple days this week in Morganton, NC for the first time since October 2012!
