Just Do It!

I'm a list-maker. I make lists to keep up with my lists. In fact, sometimes I'm so driven by lists that my lists actually cause my brain to be a bit ADD. Somebody grab me some Concerta. What? Wait. What was I talking about?

Anyway, I've always enjoyed making the ultimate to-do list at the beginning of each year in the form of my New Year's Resolutions. Even though on New Years Day, I was sitting in New York City, 2013 was no exception. In fact, being at the center of the proverbial universe on 2013 day number 1 actually made me even more resolved to have a great list this year.

Since, we are now completing day 108 of 2013, I thought I'd take a minute and check my progress. In 2012, I completed 6 of my 8 resolutions. I guess that's not bad, but I'm shooting for 100% this year. I'm putting it all out there...here goes:

2013 Resolutions
1) Work on Finances: Save More
2) Build Muscle Tone
3) Take Some Classes
4) Read 15 Books
5) End More Medications
6) Electronic Quiet Time @ Dinner Each Day

The list may be smaller, but the the items are somewhat profound. No sense in shooting too low, right? Let's just go for the gusto!

So, how am I doing?

Will my resolutions end up like this NYC confetti on
 New Years Day?

Work on Finances: Save More

Build Muscle Tone

Take Some Classes

Read 15 Books

End More Medications

Electronic Quiet Time @ Dinner Each Day

Well, none out of none isn't bad, right? Don't get me wrong, I've made some progress on several of them, but I have a LOT of work to do! Better that I know on day 108 rather than day 362, right? And, now that I've shared it in a public forum, you all can hold me accountable...I think...
So, as the title suggests, it's time for me to JUST DO IT!

Stay tuned.......................
